CEO
Jill Adams has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources Management and Consulting to both the public and private sector, including Fortune 100 and 500 companies.
Her experience includes working in consulting, service, entertainment, sports, and manufacturing industries with a strong customer service focus, telecommuting, legal compliance, performance management, training and leadership development initiatives, high and low volume recruiting strategies, and overall business strategies with an emphasis on execution of outlined initiatives.
As former President of Advantages IBS, Inc., a virtual Human Resources consulting firm, she successfully lead teams through various comprehensive projects with clients such as: Nestle, Service Master/Terminix Division, Cequel III, Mart Corporation, Elementis Pigments, Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville, Southern Illinois Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Ltd., Star Realtors, Wegman Electric Company, Blue Sky Creamery, among others.
She has been featured in Small Business Monthly, a Saint Louis based publication, as a Human Resources professional branching out on her own, as well as other articles providing business advice to readers on various topics. Throughout the course of her career she has earned performance based awards, and been recognized for contributions made to various organizations for aligning Human Resources strategies to operational strategies.

Brandon’s professional background is in Telecommuting and Remote Work options, Direct Sales, Marketing, and Advertising. Currently, as President of SuiteCommute, he:
• Develops formal Remote Work programs for companies of all sizes.
• Trains managers and employees how to be more productive and effective remote workers and managers.
• Incorporates Remote Work options into business continuity plans.
• Conducts public and private seminars on the benefits and best practices of Telecommuting and Remote Work.
Brandon is best known for his training and presentations. A highly energetic and engaging presenter, he works hard to help others understand many of the unique challenges in Remote Work. Most recently Brandon has worked with the State of Illinois building Pandemic and Business Continuity Plans and also with east coast private companies enabling call center employees to work from home.
